The apartment will be available after 16 hours. The usual time for departure is 12am. If you require a late check out of the 12 hours must be requested at the time of entry and we will try to oblige.

At this point you must make an online prepayment by credit card in the protected environment of our secure payment system; the amount of prepayment each apartment is indicated in the previous steps, normally a 25% of the rental. You can make payment of the reserve either by credit card or through bank transfer; at the time of arrival at the apartment pays the remainder of price supports. In some apartments credit card payments and other must pay rest of the price by cash.

Yes, at the entrance to the apartment must leave a deposit depending on each apartment, between 200 and 400 euros; this bond may be left in cash or credit card according to each apartment. The same will be returned on leaving the apartment if no damage or lost keys in the apartment.
