What time can we enter to the apartment, and how late you can make use of it?

The apartment will be available after 16 hours. The usual time for departure is 12am. If you require a late check out of the 12 hours must be requested at the time of entry and we will try to oblige.

How I can find an apartment with the characteristics I look for?

How I can find an apartment in a specific location?

How do I get the keys?

What is the process for booking an apartment?

What are the payment methods available?

You can make payment of the reserve either by credit card or through bank transfer; at the time of arrival at the apartment pays the remainder of price supports. In some apartments credit card payments and other must pay rest of the price by cash.

Do I need to pay a damage to enter the apartment?

Yes, at the entrance to the apartment must leave a deposit depending on each apartment, between 200 and 400 euros; this bond may be left in cash or credit card according to each apartment. The same will be returned on leaving the apartment if no damage or lost keys in the apartment.

Is it possible to pay the outstanding balance by credit card or leave a credit card number instead of a cash bond?

Is there a charge to come in the early morning?

For posts after 20 hours is an extra charge of 30 € to be paid in cash at the entrance. The current check-in is between 16:00 and 20:00 hours.
